The Cardiology Service provides state-of-the-art veterinary medical care to dogs, cats, horses, and other animals with heart, vascular, and lung disease. The service sees patients by appointment each week and provides emergency consultation and care for urgent cardiac patients through the Emergency Service 24/7.

What We Do

Medical cardiology services include basic and advanced diagnostic procedures in veterinary cardiology including:

  • Electrocardiography
  • Echocardiography
  • Cardiac Catheterization and Angiography
  • Advanced Cardiac Electrodiagnostics

Medical cardiology services also include standard and advanced medical care for animals with heart disease including:

  • Management of heart failure
  • Management of cardiac arrhythmias
  • Management of cardiovascular conditions and pulmonary hypertension
  • Management of thromboembolism
  • Cardiac pacemaker therapy
