What We Do

At Auburn University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, exceptional patient care, innovation and leading technology converge in a challenging academic environment to create a world-class center for neurologic diseases. We continue a strong tradition of the pioneering foundations of veterinary neurology and neurosurgery, providing diagnostic services and therapeutic modalities to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Our dedicated team of experienced clinicians and staff offer an array of cutting edge treatments that have revolutionized the fields of veterinary neurology and neurosurgery. Our goal is to provide state-of-the-art treatments for our patients by staying on the leading edge of translational research in neurological disorders. We are dedicated to provide world class teaching to our residents and veterinary medical students, and to train future generations of leaders in the field.

Neurological Conditions

Our doctors are trained to diagnose and treat numerous diseases and conditions that effect the central and peripheral nervous systems as well as neuromuscular diseases. Auburn is fortunate to have an advanced neuroradiology and physical therapy unit that works very closely with the Neurology / Neurosurgery service.
